To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:

  • Engagement rings (due to their personalized nature)
  • Items marked as final sale

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Stellar Adorn.
